Make it stand out.

  • While balloons are a magical addition to any outdoor event, they’re sensitive to heat, sunlight, wind, and rough surfaces. We take every precaution to make sure your setup looks amazing, but once installed, we can’t guarantee how balloons will hold up in direct sun or extreme temperatures.

    To give your balloons the best chance at lasting through your event, we recommend placing them in shaded, cool areas whenever possible. Your design will still shine—just with a little extra care from Mother Nature.

  • The Party Sister is fully insured and can provide a Certificate of Insurance upon request!

  • We recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date, especially during peak seasons. Last-minute bookings are welcome if availability allows!

  • We have put all helium products on hold due to the current helium shortage. We can provide alternatives (columns, small garlands, etc.)

  • All of our balloon installs are completely customizable to fit your event’s style, color palette, and theme. Whether you have a specific vision or need help bringing one to life, we’ll work together to design something that feels totally you.

    You can choose colors, size, shape, and even add special touches like signage, florals, or custom decals. If you’re not sure where to start, I’m happy to guide you through the process or create a design based on your inspiration photos!

  • We use only the highest quality balloons that are 100% biodegradable latex. Some of the brands we use are Tuftex, Sempertex, and Kalisan.

  • If balloons have been left outside for too long, they will start oxidating. When placed in the sun/outdoors the oxidation process starts quicker leaving your balloons to look matted.

    We recommend keeping balloons inside as long as you can before putting them outside!


  • We have two links for ordering balloons.

    Custom Installation: If you are looking for a large scale balloon garland/arch that requires on-site installation by The Party Sisters, fill out the Custom Installation Form.

    Party Pick Up: If you are looking for smaller scale garland, we have pick up options that are 6 FT, 8 FT, 10 FT as well as mosaics and columns. These options are picked up from our studio and set up by the client. We provide instructions to assist with hanging the garland.

  • Yes! We can come back and take down the installation for an additional cost. If you require breakdown service, please let us know and we will include that in the quote/contract.

  • We provide balloon garlands all over Boston, Greater Boston, and the Metrowest Area, but are also willing to travel! Here are a few towns we have serviced:

    Arlington, Ashland, Belmont, Boston, Burlington, Bedford, Brookline, Cambridge, Concord, Dedham, Dover, Framingham, Holliston, Hopkinton, Hudson, Lexington, Lincoln, Maynard, Marlborough, Medfield, Milford, Millis, Natick, Needham, Newton, Norwood, Shrewsbury, Sherborn, Southborough, Stowe, Sudbury, Walpole, Waltham, Watertown, Wayland, Wellesley, Westborough, Weston, and Westwood.

  • We require a $450 minimum for installation and delivery. This does not include the cosy of installation and delivery?

    If you are not able to hit the minimum, we do provide price-alternative options with our party pick-ups!
